Fantastic place, it was fairly clean and had exceptionally attentive and caring staff with great services from staffs. I ate at a really nice restaurant at 8th floor. Even though I got nice bed and modern style bathroom, the views were not so nice here. The location was wonderful, an easy walk to Nana Entertainment Plaza. There were a shopping area and a bakery around the hotel. I appreciated the time in this property.
Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The superior twin room we stayed in was brand-new on the top floors. the breakfast meal was above average with a nice view, especially seafood and fresh products. - the location was incredibly comfortable, next to Wave Place.

The concierge people are not friendly and courteous as compared to other hotels in BKK. The Internet is incredibly expensive!

Few steps away from Phlone Chit Sky Train Station which gives u access to all other stations, good for Shopping. 5 minutes walk from Nana & Arabic Resturant & Shisha Bars.
Every Time you enter the room you smell bad smell coming from the toilet, we did complain twise about it and nothing changed. I have been told by a friend about this problem and sadly it still there.
